HOW DO YOUR SHIRTS FIT?
Please check the size chart, available on every product page, and compare with a current shirt you own and like. This is the best way to make sure you will receive a size that works for you. When doing these measurements, please account for about an inch of shrinking in each direction, if you put your shirts in the dryer.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All of our items are print on demand using direct-to-garment technology. This means that there is generally about a 2-7 days period from the time your order is placed until we freshly print your items and then ship them out. We can't guarantee this time frame, but it is what we constantly strive for so that you can get your order as soon as possible!
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Orders shipped within the U.S. will arrive 5 - 10 days after shipped out. Orders shipped outside of the U.S will arrive 2-3 weeks after shipped out.

All of our items are custom - print on demand and most are even handmade. We would like to let you know that it will take: 1-3 weeks (most orders delivered in 1 weeks) in the USA and 2-5 weeks outside of the USA to be made and delivered.
WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT AND IS THE SITE SECURE?
We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. We use Shopify as our e-commerce provider, and they are as secure as you can get.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I TYPED MY ADDRESS IN WRONG?
If you catch the mistake before you receive the shipping notification email, within 6 hours after your order has been placed., send us an email and we'll do our best to get it changed for you! If you don't catch the mistake before we ship the package, there is no way for us to change it. If you are having mail forwarded to a new address, please don't send the order to the old address. The packages are not guaranteed to be forwarded.
If the package is returned to us, we can resend it to your correct address for a $5 reshipment fee for US orders, or $10 for International.
CAN I EDIT AN ORDER I JUST PLACED?
We can usually adjust an order up to 6 hours after it has been placed. You may send an email as soon as you realize a change needs to be made to email@example.com. Someone will get back to you within 6 hours (excluding weekends) and let you know if the change can be made. There is no guarantee that we will be able to make the change, but we can always facilitate an exchange once you get your order.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Since we are a direct-to-garment printer, we custom print each product based on your order. Because of this, once you place an order it goes right to our production queue and our team gets started printing your items.
Get in touch with our support team (firstname.lastname@example.org) as soon as you know you want to cancel.
You have 6 hours to cancel your order before it’s too late. We will cancel it and refund you, no questions asked within the first 6 hours. After that, all orders will be processed and shipped.
MY SHIRT DIDN'T FIT. CAN I EXCHANGE IT?
If it is a sizing issue we will offer one-time free size replacement 1 size smaller or bigger than the original size on the order. On large orders, we do not offer size replacements on more than 2 shirts in the order.
We do not offer size exchanges on baby onesies and all over print orders.
US customers have up to 30 days after the shipped date and international customers have up to 60 days after the shipped date. You can read the full exchange and return policy here.
Note there is a flat $5.00 restocking fee for returns that will be deducted from the refund.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS
No, we don't. Because of the nature of these items print on demand for custom products, unless they arrive damaged or defective, low-quality prints, we can't accept returns
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES?
We do guarantee our products and will gladly refund or exchange any products that are damaged or are low-quality prints. We can exchange your product if is the wrong size, bigger or smaller.
If there is any issue where you just don't like the product we do not offer return, replacements or refunds since we do print on demand for custom products.
Please contact our support within 30 days of order to request an exchange or refund and make sure to include a photo of the damage or quality issue.

WHY DOES MY PRODUCT SMELL?
Some t-shirts printed via DTG methods may have slight odors due to the pretreatment and curing process that t-shirts go through in production. This is totally normal and will disappear after a wash.
HOW COME THE COUPON I FOUND ON ANOTHER SITE DOESN'T WORK?
If you've found a coupon code on a site other, most likely it's fake. The only place we list our coupons is through our email newsletter. Contact us for details.

WHY THERE IS NO TRACKING INFORMATION OF MY PACKAGE ON WEBSITE?
Normally, it will take around 3 days for tracking information updates when it is dispatched.
If you have not seen the tracking information updates on the internet 3 days since dispatched, then it might because of the post office processing delay, we have to wait for another 2 days.
As long as some products are too hot to keep inventory, there would probably be a momentarily out of stock for items you are working on. No worries, they will be back to stock in 2-3 days, and the tracking information will be updated soon.
WHY THE TRACKING INFORMATION OF MY PACKAGE STAY IN A LOCATION FOR A LONG TIME WITHOUT HAVING A CHANGE?
For international shipping, the custom is a very strict role. They are always inspecting parcels in bulk instead of one by one. When they find one hazardous article in a bulk large carton and happened one of our parcels (despite we are normally products) are also in this cartoon, then they will stop approving the large carton and take them aside.
Next step, they will put them a more advanced inspection, they will open the carton and inspect them one by one. For this period, it will take very long time, that is why the tracking information stays still without moving.
WHAT SHIPPING SERVICE DO YOU USE?
We use UPS Mail Innovations. The package is delivered to your door by USPS. You will get your packages in an average of 5 days. You will also receive notification and tracking information when their order has shipped
We use Asendia USA. Asendia uses a service called International Priority Airmail (“IPA”). IPA travels by air then as priority in-country. The average transit time is 9-13 Days and this service is available throughout the world. You will also receive notification and tracking information when their order has shipped.
