Ordering & Payment

The production process starts quickly, but we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes to your order before it starts being made. Changes to the address or email registered to the order can be made directly in your online receipt until production of the order starts.

For any other changes, send us a note before production starts at support@lovesout.com. Be sure to include your order number and details on the change to expedite processing it for you.

Orders from our store are typically delivered within 5 to 10 business days after printing begins. For international orders, transit will take approximately 2-4 weeks.

If your order has not arrived after 10 business days on domestic and 20 business days on international from the order ship date, please contact customer service at support@lovesout.com.

Usually, yes, your entire order will ship in one package. However, your order might include items that originate from different locations. When that’s the case, multiple packages may ship to fulfill a single order.

We accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Discover and PayPal. We also accept debit cards featuring the Mastercard or Visa logo.

On credit/debit cards, CVV verification is required before any order can be completed. Additionally, most credit cards and Paypal offer buyer protection for online purchases. Please contact them directly for specific details as it may vary from one financial institution to another.

Yes, your charge is processed immediately. It may show up initially as an authorization on your account, and then, as it is accepted it will show as a charge on your statement.

If you accept a special offer for additional shirts at a discount, those shirts will be billed as a secondary charge immediately after accepting.

Shipping

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchase. You can get a calculation of your exact shipping charges by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your mailing address. The shipping cost will automatically update and display in your total costs.

U.S Domestic Shipping Cost Start From $3.95

International Shipping Cost Start From $8.95

Orders usually ship 3-5 days from the date the production process started. Actual shipping times and delivery date may vary depending on local postal service in your area.

Your order will arrive approximately 5-10 business days after it’s shipped. We use different shipping partners, but final delivery is usually via USPS.

For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & International orders please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Final delivery is usually via your local postal service.

We will send automated updates via email when your order ships, so keep an eye out.

If you have ordered several items, they are often shipped out in separate packages so you may receive them on diffferent days. You will receive an email with a tracking number for each package sent.

Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier’s system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can experience delays updating their site or delivering an order. If the tracking number is still not working within 4 business days, please contact us at support@lovesout.com.

If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email, the email may have been directed to your spam folder. If it is not there, please reach out at support@lovesout.com as we may have the incorrect email on file. Make sure to include the name on the shipping information, your email, and anything else that might be helpful!

Customs and duty charges may be applicable depending on the country of origin, size, weight and/or value of your order.

All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

If your package is marked delivered, but you never received it, follow these steps:

Check around your home/apartment in case the postal carrier placed the package in an odd spot.
Ask your neighbors as they may have received your package instead.
Reach out to your local post office for information regarding the package.
If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us at support@lovesout.com

Returns, refunds & exchanges

Because your purchase is custom printed exclusively for you, it will only qualify for replacement, return or refund if: (i) the product itself is flawed, (ii) the quality of the printing is poor or (iii) the final product is notably different from the product presented on the order screen.

We cannot accept returns or process refunds if:

  • The item(s) is printed as ordered, but you “changed your mind”. We print on demand and therefore cannot accept returns with that inquiry.
  • The return request is not viewed and approved by our team before you send the item(s) back.
  • The item(s) have been worn or washed.
  • The item(s) have been altered in any way or if they do not have the original tags.
  • The item(s) were a “Final Sale,” during time periods such as: Halloween, Christmas, Black Friday, St. Patrick’s Day, etc. and utilized a promo code.

How can I send a return and refund request?

If your purchase meets the above criteria, email us as soon as possible, preferably no later than 30 days after the delivery date at support@lovesout.com including:

  • Your order number and the email address registered to the shipping information.
  • Photo(s) of the affected items(s). Please include a photo of the whole item and any other photos that may help identify the issue, including photos for:
    • Coffee Mug: include pictures of both the front and the back of the mug.
    • Apparel: the garment’s label and another with the full item clearly displayed. Include any size adjustments as we cannot modify replacements once requested.
    • Posters: send us an image of the entire poster laying on a flat surface.
    • Phone cases: include pictures of both the front and the back of the case.
    • Other items: a photo that shows the whole product as well as any relevant closeups.
  • Any other relevant information.

If your claim is approved, we will request a replacement or issue a refund. Qualified refunds are processed immediately but may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your payment method.

If we request item(s) to be returned to us, we will send the qualified refund or replacement to you after receiving the return. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns.

To qualify for a return or refund, your item must be unused and in perfect condition. Unqualified returns will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited

  • The item(s) is printed as ordered, but you “changed your mind”. We print on demand and therefore cannot accept returns with that inquiry.
  • The return request is not viewed and approved by our team before you send the item(s) back.
  • The item(s) have been worn or washed.
  • The item(s) have been altered in any way or if they do not have the original tags.

You may exchange unworn, unused, and unwashed apparel item(s) for a different size if requested via email within 10 business days of the delivery date. We can only accept apparel exchanges for a different size, in the same design, style and color that was originally ordered.

We can only exchange once, so make sure to double check our size chart, linked below the item selection area of the order screen.

We’ll send the exchanged garment your way after receiving your returned garment(s). Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending back the garment(s).

To know if items are sent separately, refer to your shipping confirmation email. If the email displays multiple tracking numbers, your order has been sent out in multiple packages and your missing item should show up soon.

Finding the right fit online can be tough.

Women’s shirts such as Nano or Fitted are slim, contoured fit. We usually recommend to go up a size if a roomier fit is preferred.
